60 Minutes – The 401k Fallout

All too soon, people forget and move on.  But for those older workers who experienced the Great Recession Crash of ’08 and ’09, the thought of history repeating itself keeps them up at night with fear.  Are we on the verge of another collapse?  No one knows for sure…but one thing is for sure.  If it happens again, a whole new group of American workers who are planning on retirement in the next five years, could find their 401k’s cut in half, and the prospect of retirement out the window.
